Past Server Calls on Schedule Spike Page

HI,

On Schedule Spike Page, there is Schedule Spike function for Admin.

For setting Spike Parameters, I should check and include much accurate Past server calls.

However, I heard the past server calls data is standardized on Pacific Time (PDT/PST). 

My company use only Korea Standard Time.

So Can you fix the function which can change time zone?

Hi @sonya5 :

I have discussed internally and it seems Past server calls uses Report suite time zone. If your report suite is using Koren standard time then same would be used in past server calls. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply!

 

I already checked the time zone of Past server calls by Korean Adobe Experience Customer Care.

They said that the time zone of Past server calls uses Pacific Time.

Also, I can see it does not same with real server calls' trend with past server calls.

Please check again internally.
