Omniture Alert

Avatar

I'm hopeful someone can help me out with an email I received from sc_alerts@omniture.com . It is labeled Adobe Marketing Cloud alert notification. I need to find out where this alert is coming from and what the alert is monitoring. I don't have any login information and trying to contact anyone at Adobe has been completely impossible to get access or information. Does anyone know where I can start looking to dig up this alert and potentially our account?

There should be a link at the bottom of the alert email to unsubscribe and the alert cause information should be contained within the email.

In terms of turning off the alert you will need to work with the designated admin at your organization that manages your Adobe Analytics implementation (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst). It appears a user set up an alert and listed your email address as one of the contacts. You will need to login to Adobe Analytics or have the admin login and adjust the alert via the following menu navigation path:

Go to Analytics > Components > Manage Alerts.

Brian,

Thank you for the information. I'll look through the above links. Do you know of anyway to reach customer support for this product? I cannot seem to get anyone to help me get account access. The help section only drives me to the forums. I've tried a password reset but that does not work. Phone/chat/email support does not seem like an option for this product.

Hi Tim,

You need to be a designated and supported user to contact Adobe Customer Care. You will need to reach out to the responsible parties at your organization that manage Adobe Analytics to resolve this matter.

Best,

Brian

That's the challenge. That person has left and I don't have access. Can't reach anyone at Adobe. If you have phone number or link to customer care let me know.
