Next Page Report - More Detail

Hi! I'm looking at a next page report but noticed the URLs on the next page report are incomplete, not showing the unique paths I'm looking for.

For example, say the selected page is: /beach/highway/app/home

One of the next pages should read something like: /beach/highway/app/home#/highway/101

However, the next page report doesn't show this level of detail, it just shows the app/home, along with other sites that are linked through the navigation. Do you have any advice on how to get more accurate and detailed next page information?
