What tools are you using to debug the Adobe Analytic calls for an app on an Android device?  I have used Charles proxy but it is causing issues with content being blocked within the app.  Is anyone using anything other than Charles?

      In case you are facing issue setting up charles for debugging, try using Fiddler. Here is documentation from Fiddler Community for setting Android device for debugging :
