I rely heavily on the folders in Adobe Analytics but have been running into several issues lately. About a week ago, I noticed that I could no longer sort my folders by ascending or descending order. We reported this to Adobe and they were able to reproduce the issue, but now it has gone to their engineering team to address the issue. When I create a project, I save that project into the appropriate folder, but today I am getting error messages "Failed to save (with the project name)". However, the project does actually get saved, but it is saved to my Projects. When I try to move it to the correct folder, I am getting another error message stating "folderId is required". I have tried different browsers, clearing my cache etc., but I still am not able to move my projects to the correct folders. We will be opening another case with Adobe, but I was curious if anyone else was having issues?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Update: The issue with Save As and selecting a folder is now working. I am also able to move my projects that I created in the last few days from my workspace to the correct folder now. I still cannot get the folders to sort ascending or descending by name, but I am now able to sort by last modified, last opened and last used.
Hi @KJF65
I haven't come across this issue, but good that Adobe can reproduce it and are looking into the issue.
Out of curiosity, when you say you rely "heavily" on folders, how many are we roughly talking about? Maybe you are scratching on some undocumented tool limitations
I have about 150 - 200 folders. My company is global, so I have folders for our US Sales team and our global business partners, as well as our internal product management and editorial team that also request projects. With all of the projects I am running, I would go crazy if I didn't have folders to organize all of these projects. One of the Adobe CSMs that I spoke with about another issue was surprised by my use of folders when I shared my screen on the webinar. This latest issue with not being able to save projects into a folder and not being able to move them into folders from the root projects has me very concerned. Thank you for your response and cheers from the US!

Thanks, @KJF65, for sharing the update with the community!
