Issue on accessing Adobe Workspace and Reports

Anyone experiencing issue in access the adobe analytics workspace and reports. My page is just keeps on loading with white screen but some of my other colleagues can access them without any issue. Tried it in Chrome, IE and Edge but all shows the same, issue is persisting since yesterday. Anyone has input on this?

Hi iamaysa,

 

Please make sure with the admin of your company, you should have access to Analysis Workspace. user account must belong to either this group (preferred) or Reports & Analytics Access to use Adobe Analytics.

If still getting any issue, I'd recommend raising a support ticket with the Adobe Support team.

Try the following:

 

  • Clear browser cache/cookies
  • Try Private/Incognito mode
  • Shouldn't be a permissions issue, but good to check anyways
