Instance Metric bigger than Occurrence

Is it possible to have the Instance Metric bigger than Occurrence? I expected to have the opposite. Any idea?

No,  because the instance metric is defined in the image request variable where Occurrence can persist value also so the instance metric value will not be bigger than occurrence.
