Hi guys.
I saw this in Google Analytics and trying to create the same in Adobe Analytics:
"In July, your site had 112K users. Of those users, 99.4K came back in August.
This means your loyalty rate in August was 87.42%."
Anyone know how to build it?
Mvh,
Sebastian

Check out the cohort tables in Workspace. Set your granularity to Month (make sure your workspace has a date range that covers all the months you're interested in). Your inclusion and return metrics can be the same, so if you're looking for how many users visited your site in August, and what % of those came back in September, you could use Visits for both.

What's nice about cohort tables is that you're not just limited to last month - you can go as recently or as far back as you want, and you can use different date granularities as well.
