How can I measure clicks per visit on the dashboard?

Avatar

Level 1

Context is i see high click-through rate (30%) on my site and low quality visit (visits-bounce visits) at 40%. High CTR should translate to high quality visits. However this is not happening on my site? Hence one hypothesis i am testing here is that some of these visits have clicked/engaged with our page more than once. In order to test for this hypothesis, i will need the average number of clicks per visit.

Please feel free to poke holes in my logic.

Hi @HilaryEn

you could create calculated metric that uses the "Page Events" metric which is essentially the "Custom Link Instances".

Basically Page Events + Page Views = Occurrences (server calls)
