How can I get the history data (a year ago) by Data Feed?

We use data feed to get the raw data. But in the Data Feed Panel, the start date cannot be further than 6 months in the past. Can I get one year ago data by Data Feed?

Hi Judy,

Yes , from the interface you can have 6 month of historical data whereas you can get in touch of the client care if you are a supported user or can get intouch of any of the supported user from your company so that they can get in touch of the client care and theycan process maximum of 13 month of historical data .
