Hi @sanjana_kalani, Although its difficult to tell where could the issue without looking at the actual error/logs, however, I would request you to check the following at your end:

Please make sure, you're using the latest version of the browsers i.e Chrome, MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari
You want to make sure the list of Domains provided is whitelisted in your network: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/ip-addresses.html?lang=en mainly occurs with Office networks
Try to connect to a different network i.e. Hotspot or Home network to isolate the problem
Try to use incognito mode in the browser and check if that makes any differece
