Get metrics for list of pages via Report Builder

I have a static list of ~3000 URLs that I need to pull multiple metrics for into Excel (and/or Power BI). I don't want to pull all possible URLs into a tab and then VLOOKUP because there are millions.

I am wondering if there's any way to pull in metrics referencing a list of URLs already in Excel, like is possible for referencing dates from cells. Given that there are 3K items I cannot feasibly create a segment and a classification file is not an option. I suspect this is not possible, but would like the experts to please confirm. I would appreciate any suggestions as well.

Thank you!

Solution: Report Builder does have this feature. Under dimension filter you can choose Select > Make selection of cells you want to reference.
