Event Actions still showing items listed in "does not equal any of" criteria

Hello All,

I created a segment where I set rules as following (made-up example due to confidential info issue)

event actions (e) does not equal to click - Help Center, click - Integrations, click - abc, click - def

AND

source page contains all of /substring_of_url_link

After applying the filter to the metrics, some of the click items I would like to exclude are still showing up in the list. Wondering what could be the reason causing this issue and how should I debug it?

Thank you in advance!

To be honest, I find the "any of" logics harder to work with... I usually do separate items with OR / AND logic... it's easier to read and easier to edit.

That said, in some cases "does not equal" is not the same as using "exclude" containers (this definitely applies in Visit and Visitor segments, but it looks like you are using Hit)

What is your dimension? Is it an eVar with potentially an expiry that could carry values forward? I can also see that you have a custom attribution on your metrics... either of these could be causing some unintended oddities...

Can you help explain a little more about what you are using, how its configured, and what you are trying to achieve? That will help us better understand your system to provide support.
