I'm having an issue with SAINT Classifications and exports. I've exported out by browser the Classification file, filled everything out, uploaded it, let it process and then a couple of days later I redownload it. I'm noticing a high percentage (about 30%) of things that should be classified showing as unclassified. When I export the file again about 30% of the blanks in the file are just duplicates. Any way to resolve?

Thanks! I thought that at first and wasn't it. But, thanks to you getting me to look at it again, it's all a formatting issue in Excel. We were feeding in 0718 in some instances and 718 in others. Excel took the 0 out.
Thanks again!

HI Michael,
have you checked they are exact duplicates. I have come across a similar issue before because of a erroneous space. E.g. The following two codes were listed:
"campaign_code"
"campaign_code "
Therefore I had to classify both entries
