I need to know if I can get a report of which one of our visitors visited our site using a DESKTOP.

Is that something we can run?

When you say desktop, do you mean anything that is not a mobile ?

Create a segment that filter all mobile data :

Container : Visit

Rule : MOBILE DEVICE NAME is NULL

Apply segment on visitor or visits report
