Datawarehouse Issue

Hi

Are there issues with datawarehouse?  I created a new segment which doesn't seem to be appearing in the datawarehouse segments.  Also I deleted some segments that I do not use anymore, they still appear in datawarehouse.

Can anyone help

Thanks for reaching out.

While creating the segment, could you check the "Product Compatibility" section on the top right below the bullseye diagram? If it does not show "Data Warehouse" under it, your segment is not compatible with Data Warehouse.

Thank you for your quick response.

Why wouldnt the following segment be compatible with datawarehouse.....what I am trying to do, as you can see from the screenshot below is include only where the visit includes the womens section

also if you create the segment in one tab and datawarehouse in another tab your segments will be out of sync. you need to either use the tab where you created the segment and then go into data warehouse or login (again in a new tab, usually just opening the new tab will update everything but sometimes I've found I need to logout/login to get things to refresh completely)
