Datawarehouse error has occured, I could not find reason of it

I found request errror on Datawarehouse request manager page.
But I have not received any email about error.
I set the request to receive file at FTP server, so I think error has occurred by other reason of file size.
How can I find the reason of this?

Hi Tomo, I checked the reporting date range inside analysis workspace, and there was no data for the reporting period. This could be due to our data retention policy, or due to the fact that no data was collected for the time period.

If you adjust your reporting period to a range that has data, I don't expect there to be an error. If there is, let me know the request ID and we can look deeper. Thanks!
