Create Workspace Report with Time Zones

Avatar

Level 2

Hi All! We have a global campaign launching soon and want to create a Workspace dashboard that allows us to view metrics by time and time zone. Any easy ways to do this? Would this be best in Launch? If so, any documentation around how to do this? Any segments or calc metrics work before we go down that road?

Per the usual, thank you!

There are two things which you need to do, first, you need to create a workspace project for this refer below link

https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/build-workspace-project/...

Second, you need to build a report in the workspace project, you can use freeform table and build something like below

You can use visits metrics and Hours of Day, AM/PM, etc are dimensions. check the below link for timezone related dimensions.

Thanks Rajas. But what we're trying to do is to add a time zone dimension that allows us to see variations in time globally. For example, our account is set up to USA CT time but we have a client in London that would like a dashboard in their time zone. Any additional thoughts on that? Thanks for the help!

You can create virtual report suite for evey time zone, while creating virtual report suite you need to choose respective timezone.

In the workspace dashboard you need to use virtual report suites to build reports instead of actual report suites

Check below article to get more idea
