We've sat our laptops side by side and compared that we have the same report (I'm using his saved project) - same segmenets, same timeframe, same mertrics. Everything matches up perfectly, except his bounces are 15-20% higher than mine (it varies a bit but always in that range). Any idea of what might be going on?

I'm willing to bet money that one of you has 'count repeat instances' enabled and the other has it disabled. Check out this doc for additional information: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/count_repeat_Instances.html

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

Make sure you are using the same report suite and all the settings.

I have sent you my email address in a private message. Could you please send me both the reports?

Thanks!
