Classification Importer - unable to upload

Trying to upload new SAINT classification file but receiving below message since since 2/6/14. Any ETA on when this will be resolved?

"Failure: We are currently performing maintenance on our servers. During this period, all stats from your web site are still being logged (you won't lose any information). Please try again later."

Hi Nang,

I would recommend issuing a ticket with Customer Care or following up with Customer Care if you have already to resolve.
