Cannot download csv, It's failed.

Most Engaged Agents - User ID.csv failed to download:

If the problem persists, please submit this error ID to Adobe Customer Care for further diagnosis: 567e8999-b4a7-4417-8cf1-63f3f959a0f6

I cannot see Adobe Customer Care page, Please help advice. Thank you so much.

I'm try refreshing your project again. -> Alreay refreshn and retry but still error.

I'm checked with Adobe Status. -> Normal, no maintence time.

I agree, this sounds like a temp issue... either Adobe has an issue or maintenance happening... or something on your end.

 

If the issue persists, and no issues are flagged in Status; you may have to contact Client Care with that references number (which sadly means nothing to any of us here)... that should help client care find the appropriate backend log to support the issue.
