Canceled Reports Still Being Sent

We have a weekly report we cancelled 2 weeks ago and we're still getting it weekly. Going through the Scheduled Reports Manager, it's not showing up and we have a 

  • Failure! One or more of your scheduled reports have permanently failed.

appearing. Can we get some help stopping these reports from getting sent to our users?
