I passed the AD0-E209 Adobe Analytics Developer Expert exam and I now have this certification. Just out of curiosity, is there a way to see a transcript of the exam, I mean the right and wrong answers? I suspect probably not. Can anyone confirm? The reason I'm interested is so that I can review the wrong answers and learn more about them.

I wrote AD0-E208 last year and from what I recall, there's no way to see your right and wrong answers from the actual test. I think it's to protect the integrity of the tests so that people don't write down all the answers to cheat.
I do recall that the practice tests have right/wrong answers visible, so you can learn from them. I know it seems a bit redundant to do the practice exam after having passed the certification (congrats on passing it!), but if you want to view feedback on your answers, I think that is the only way. They aren't the exact same questions (as far as I know), but they cover the same principles, so it would give you a good idea of where you need to improve.

Thanks @MandyGeorge. This makes sense.

Hi @m_alcantara
agree with @MandyGeorge . Adobe only shows the rights/wrongs on test certifications. Guess that is so that no one is trying to capture and sell this information.
Also, from experience I would say that the complexity level of questions asked in the actual exams is typically a little more sophisticated than the test exams.
But this may be my subjective feeling.
