Browser dimension and IE 11 - two entries, what's the difference?

In looking at reporting including the Browser dimension, I'm seeing both Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and Internet explorer 11.0 as entries. Does anyone know difference between them?

Looks like one is desktop IE, the other is mobile phone/tablet IE.
