Does Adobe track the traffic coming from the new Bing chat feature, if so, is it still reported under natural search report?

That's a good question.

I am not sure, but it might be worth testing (unless an Adobe employee knows offhand)

Traffic from Bing Chat has referrer https://edgeservices.bing.com/' which is not a standard search engine domain in Adobe Analytics. I will recommend creating a support ticket so that we can get this reviewed by the Adobe product management team.
