API 1.4 The specified created timestamp has expired o...

I've just recently been experiencing an error that says :

The specified created timestamp ('2016-08-02T05:03:52+00:00') has expired or is in the future

But the report details I'm sending is not a date of the future:

{"reportDescription":{"reportSuiteID":"****","dateFrom":"2016-07-01","dateTo":"2016-07-30","metrics":[{"id":"visits"},{"id":"pageviews"},{"id":"uniquevisitors"},{"id":"f:607858"},{"id":"cm200000302_55c8098fe4b0a277f2b7cadd"}]}}

Is there a reason this is happening now? Because it has always been working from before and it still works on the Adobe API Explorer.
