Alert use case

So when receiving a alert i am just receiving a text that says alert 1 generated and alert triggered because  marks are less than 0.

But i want to make it more meaningful

by including chart as well of last few days in the alert mail itself rather than clicking on analyze further 

Is there a way to do that
