Advice on Analytics

I'm trying to gather some information on whether or not Adobe Analytics can be used to monitor and report on our internal Website. We have been using IBMs SaS based NetInsight but unfortunately it will no longer be supported after September. We are looking for a product that can be installed and managed locally. Is this possible with Adobe Analytics? If not, are there other Adobe Products that may work for us?

Hi Benjamin,

If you do not want to disclose any data outside the firewall there is a sub product of Adobe Analytics called Data WorkBench. It can run locally on your servers and provide you with all the analytics. You can mention this to the Adobe representatives and they will guide you.

Hi Benjamin,

Yes, Adobe Analytics can surely monitor and report on your internal website. Also, it can be managed by your own IT teams. If you are interested in getting a demo, you can request one this page - http://www.adobe.com/in/marketing-cloud/web-analytics.html#x

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks for the response @TanmayM. Can it be done without any outside connection? All of our ports are closed to the outside and unfortunately it would be out our scope to open anything up. We were hoping Adobe Analytics could be installed and managed inside of our firewall. A member of the Adobe Marketing team mentioned he didn't think this was possible as it is an SaaS product requiring internet connection.
