Adobe FTP Account Creation

Hi,

We want to create an Adobe FTP account for sending our Data Warehouse reports as described in https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/whitepapers/ftp/analytics_ftp.pdf

I tried contacting our manager, but he said we should contact support. I sent an email to the support account, but I received an automatic response stating that my email is not the technical contact (When it is). Does anybody know how can I create de Adobre FTP account or where to write to create one?
