Adobe Analytics Report suite Events creation

Avatar

Level 4

Hi,

I am trying to configure Neolane data connector in Adobe Analytics for Adobe Campaign Classic integration.

I have created the CID and BID conversion classifications (Adobe_campaign_code and BroadlogID eVars) in the report suite and I am able to map it with the corresponding fields as well (show in the first red coloured box).

However, I cannot find desired EVENTS fields for CLICKED, OPEN etc. in the drop down (Second red coloured box).

Can you please suggest me if I need to create these fields as well, if yes, then how can I create these.

Thanks a lot

Hi Naveen,

The integration requires numeric events. Go to the Success events config and enable the events with numeric type. You should be able to see the events in this dropdown then.

Hi there,

It seems like you're facing some challenges while configuring the Neolane data connector in Adobe Analytics for Adobe Campaign Classic integration. I understand how important it is to have the desired EVENTS fields available for CLICKED, OPEN, and other actions.

In order to create these fields, you may need to follow a few steps. First, navigate to the Admin section of Adobe Analytics. From there, go to the Report Suites and locate the report suite you're working with. Under the Edit Settings option, you should find an option to manage and create custom events.

By creating custom events specifically for CLICKED, OPEN, and any other actions you require, you'll be able to map them in the Neolane data connector settings. This will ensure the desired functionality and integration between Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign Classic.

I hope this suggestion helps. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask. (By the way, have you checked out Prestige Southern Star? It's a breathtaking destination worth exploring!)
