Activity Map Errors

Can you advice what is causing this screen?  I cannot see any result on the page.

The Gear icon is not clickable for me. My co-worker who has the same permission can use this extension.  I wonder if it's my browser setting? Any area that I can investigate from?

@Tiffany2020 Can you check if you have selected the Report Suite from Gear icon in Activity Plugin or not ? You will need to select a report suite first. Also, are you seeing any other error ?

@Tiffany2020 Is your Co-worker also experiencing same issue? In order to you Activity Map plugin report suite needs to be selected.

@amgup  I cannot even select the report suite. I tried to click on the gear icon, but it doesn't respond. I also clicked on "{(OnlyCurrentReportSuiteLabel)} and "Apply" button, but it keeps running and cannot see any result.

 

My co-worker has no issue.  My cookies are enabled on Chrome. 

 

By the way, I called to the support but waited 30 min to be transferred, so I hang up.  The support link  (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/?support-solution=Analytics#support) seems to be broken.  After I submit, the page is refreshed and I didn't get any confirmation. I tried a couple of times.
