500 Internal server error when using Genesis connector

I am getting an error when attempting to use the Genesis connector between Neolane/Campaign and Analytics.  

I have only been able to capture the response XML:

Why am I unable to send the attributes to the Analytics server?  What caused the 500 error when the call is being made?

Seems like java script error which is restricting application to connect with server.

Hi Jason,

Could you post the steps you're taking that lead up to the issue? If we're able to reproduce the issue on our end, we can log it as a bug with engineering.

This issue happens using the Genesis connector between the Neolane Application and the Analytics server.  The Campaign Metrics fail to fully load into Analytics, I sent 1000 records today, but only 988 made is successfully. 

I don't know how to further troubleshoot the issue, as the issue is on the Analytics side.  

Any help would be greatful!
