Workspace Time segments

Time segments in the current workspace, use the current date for time periods it would be good to have the ability to choose either the current date or use the date from the freeform panel.  For example, the time segment 3 months ago, uses the current system date not the chosen date on the panel.

To extend this further, perhaps we could have the ability to use the custom date syntax that is used in the report builder, this would be great comparisonrison in one freeform table.
