Scheduled Reports Manager - Failed Reports

Any failed report from report builder, should only send an email to the owner or specified contact, and not everyone included on a distro list.

If a report fails and I have 100 people on a distro, everyone receives this failed report - I do not need everyone to receive an email notifying them of this, just me.
