Removing licences for ReportBuilder

I would appreciate if you could remove the licence limitations in ReportBuilder. I would like to add more users who would only sporadically use the tool. But I can't since the RP licence costs. It doesn't make sense to spend so much to have 10 more users infrequently use the tool.

We are addressing the difficulties with license management with our new Analytics solution bundle, which includes ReportBuilder licenses at no extra/separate charge.
