remove processing rules certification requirements

Currently in order to gain access to Processing Rules, you must become certified.  The logic of this is that data can be changed so Adobe wants to ensure you know what you are doing.

However, I find that this is a pointless hoop to jump through, given that

a) I've taken the test and am certified.  Most of the questions on the exam have little or nothing to do with what you can actually do within Processing Rules

b) The Processing Rules are extremely limited in what they can do to begin with,

c) More importantly, the multitude of other ways data can be changed, that require no certification whatsoever.  Namely, via TMS, DTM, API, Data Feeds, etc...  But even via javascript on your own page.  Point is, there are MANY venues where something can override something else you've set, and yet the only check is on Processing Rules.  Adobe should stick to the same policy as it does for virtually everything else: it is the responsibility of the client to ensure their implementation is correct.

Agreed - I think it's time this certification process is removed. If anything, if you have access to DTM, you shouldn't need to also be processing rule certified.
