Re-sort / Drag & Drop

Allow drag and drop for resorting - hierarchy and report output.

Instead, if I need to reorder the output, I have to edit each one and redo the entire chart in the order desired Smiley Sad

 

It looks like the dots on the far left of each line item refer to a movement function, but they do not move, nor can you add anything after deleting one. I have to restart the report entirely.
