Pull in Totals for Reports

In SiteCatalyst, for reports such as the Search Keywords report, you can see the total number of the metric, regardless of how how items you're currently seeing (50,100,200, etc).

It would be great in Report Builder to be able to pull in the grand total of the metric you're interested in seeing, especially in the case of large reports such as Search Keywords, which in my case far exceed 50K, and which would consequently require a number of subtotals to be set up.
