Prevent people using non-curated VRS Components

I cannot see any reason why non-admins should be able to access/use non-curated VRS Components in a virtual report suite.

The whole reason to use the VRS curation is to prevent users getting access to dimensions that shouldn't be used in the VRS. (as admins we have made a considered decision to prevent access - this needs to be enforced)

Allowing a normal user to simply click "show all components" and see every underlying dimension makes what should be a brilliant feature ineffective.

This is also being compounded by Adobe's decision to allow all users migrated to the experience cloud login to create new Workspaces (see Removed permission create workspace - WHY?????).

Issues like this are make things very difficult for us admins and unfortunately degrade the massive potential value of Workspace

As soon as I can remember there is no option to access dimensions/metrics outside of a VRS. If you restrict the items (currate components) of a VRS it is really restricted to those items. At least when I made the last test on VRS with my test user, I was not able to see anything else...

Had to go and check this again as you made me doubt myself

I don't know if Adobe have changed anything recently, but I can confirm that non-admins can definitely get at non-curated VRS components within a Virtual Report Suite.
