In my company, many users complains that they have access to lots of reports share from lots for users but not useful from them.
Our way of using Adobe is to train everyone to be able to do basic reports, so it is an expected side-effect.
It would be great if the basic users could either :
- Hide the unnecessary reports (or unshared it). It seems impossible for basic users to remove the sharing from other basic users.
- if not possible to unshared or hide, at least create folders to put relevant reports at one place and the other somewhere else.
The 2 idea could be very good for other purposes (such as creating folder for specific department in a company)
