Description - Today, it is not possible to grant access in Analysis Workspace on folder level. You can only grant access to individual dashboards (unless you move a dashboard to the company folder).
Many of my clients have asked whether it is possible to make sure a certain group of users e.g., the marketing team, automatically gets access to all dashboards in a specific folder.
Why is this feature important to you - It's great that you can grant access to a group of people on a single dashboard. But with an ever growing list of dashboards by business unit, it quickly becomes not maintainable.
How would you like the feature to work - Create your own dashboard as usual. Once you want to share it with your peers, you just make sure the access rights are set for the defined user group.
Current Behaviour - No access on folder level is available, making maintenance impossible for larger clients
