PDF Pagination in Workspace

Sharing PDF's is great since it gives a right away picture of the insight. Problem is that the PDF seems to be always only one long, very long page. Would be great to be able to personalize the format of the PDF, such as the ability to add page breaks.

Sorry for the delay in responding. We have identified a solution but it's complicated and costly in terms of development time and we have been prioritizing more important issues like CJA. So for now, it's still on the backlog with no timeframe for when we might do it.

@Tsabin1 - this is extremely disappointing.  This is on and off again from Adobe, and always something *more* important comes up.  Is this likely to mean that Adobe is only focusing on CJA now and will no longer improve Analytics??

@KristiB1 totally understand the frustration. Unfortunately, the demand for this feature relative to others just isn't high enough. And yes, CJA is the focus moving forward, but that doesn't mean that Analytics will not receive improvements and updates in the future.

Thanks @Tsabin1  I disagree there is not enough demand, this is probably the most asked for features on Experience League! It's very disappointing that Adobe has dropped this completely after years of promise just because its too hard.

+1 for this idea - super important feature for many traditional companies, where customers are required to print and present reports.

Just spotted that this issue was first raised in 2017 ... and now 5 years later there's still no solution. As well as the pagination idea, relatedly, I want to be able to configure my Workspace so it can output in 'landscape' instead of 'portrait', but I imagine that won't be a possibility any time soon either sadly? The key part of my analytics is the storytelling/recommendations at the very end so being able to showcase the information as I wish is a key part of the entire process. Thanks

Wholeheartedly support this. I want to be able to download it then convert in to powerpoint (the preferred presentation mode) where I can then add narrative etc. Nigh on impossible to introduce page breaks once a PDF with 35 tables has been converted to powerpoint and also incredibly time consuming. I find it faster to snip and paste than do it via the acrobat DC but it's still an incredible waste of time
