This is a feature that would be optimal for large enterprise customers (which I've been in the past), who have to do a lot of internal bill backs of Billing console data to various internal business units.
I would like the option to have up to, say, 5 or 6 additional meta data fields (the ability to add 1, 2, 3, etc.) in the Report Suite create interface. The meta data fields could be populated with internal departments, stakeholders, etc. and then the data would flow into the Billing console report.
Then, when an internal accounting contact at a large enterprise queries the Billing console, they could easily identify who, within the enterprise, would be charged back for the Billing data for report suite data, helping to reduce the cycle time for matching report suites to the internal parties.
Right now, at large enterprises, the match-back process is very time consuming, and having this functionality would remove hours out of someone's day per month. It might also enable Omniture to get paid faster for server call data.
