When building a Data Warehouse request, the link at the bottom entitled, "How long will my Data Warehouse report take to process?" -> "Learn More" does not pop open a modal (or new) window, as expected - instead it takes you away from the request you were building and when you click back you lose everything you set up before having a chance to submit it, forcing you to rebuild the request.
This should be a simple fix - just make "learn more" links like this pop open a modal window so the user doesn't lose their work.
You would apply this for better usability across the entire site, wherever an on-page link that is intended to give additional info appears.
