Instances for evars with Product Syntax

Yes it's the s.products variable, but these ARE evars.  We need merch evars so that the value is tied to the product, but other than setting a custom event for product views, if we want greater control of what counts as a product view, we shouldn't have to set specific events every time a merch evar fires.
