Hourly Report scheduling

When scheduling hourly reporting, allow the user to select the hour in which they would like the report to start. Currently, the hourly option disables the start time function, and defaults to the 12AM hour.  The result is a barrage of reports being delivered at one time as the scheduler tries to catch up to the current hour.

I've been caught out by this too. It looks very unprofessional.

This feature is now available in the advanced scheduling options in the scheduled workbook manager.
