For the specific groups users

We have 13 different groups that function by permissions to certain report suites.  For some reason some users of certain groups while logging in by default are sent to a report suite that this particular group does not support.  In instances like this one the user sees an error message on the screen but does not have any possibility to navigate away from an error page to a different report suite.  We suggest that in SiteCatalyst if for any reason user gets to the error page he will still see report suite drop down menu that he/she can navigate away from the error.  Thanks.
