can we add the ability to search in the mange dashboards (dashboard manager).

When managing dashboards (for Reports and Analytics), would like the ability for non admins to 'push to users' shared dashboards.  This will allow users to more easily share dashboards to either users or groups.  Right now, it may be cumbersome for certain users to add share dashboards to their profile.  This 'push to users' for non admins would allow users to more easily share their dashboards.
