Enable Rollup Report Suites in SiteCatalyst v15

We used a few rollup report suites quite often in v14, but since migrating to v15, we discovered that rollups no longer work.  We would really like to have rollups working in v15 as they provided a lot of valuable information to us.

I realize this is almost a year old, but as an FYI - rollups have been added to SC v15
