SC doesn't know the local context of the user (ie what company etc) they are attempting to access until there is a login failure. But after I attempt to login company 'x' and fail it would be nice if the owners of that company login could put a message into the 'welcome to reports & analytics' screen. much like the 'support information' in the help screens etc. While not publishing the email address etc it would be nice to have a 'send a message to the company admin' or 'request help from company admin' etc where you would then send the message to the company admin.
This would be VERY helpful when someone gets locked out because there are no messages to the admin on locked out accounts or any way to tell that an account is locked out. [adding this information would also be good in the log files and in user management as well as a notification email]
